A Roseville company that provides ‘virtual assistants’ to support independent and small-business owners, has sold its first North Carolina franchise.
Cybertary Inc. was founded in 2005 by Patricia Beckman, who sold her business in Roseville and Rocklin to the company’s first franchisee in early this year in order to concentrate on expanding the business.
In the 6 months since Valerie Dow and Tina Angell – 2 friends at Hewlett Packard Co. – bought the local franchise, they have added clients, expanded their team of assistants and more than doubled their revenue.
