Stratus Building Solutions announced Thursday it has entered the Florida market after awarding a master franchise to Jacksonville, Fla.-based Paladin Services of Florida LLC. Financial terms were not disclosed
The St. Louis-based franchisor of retail, commercial and industrial building cleaning services now has franchises in 14 states since it was founded in 2004 by Dennis Jarrett and Pete Frese. Stratus had 2006 revenue of more than $4.5 million.
The Jacksonville master franchise will open with six employees. Jarrett said he projects the Jacksonville location to have 50 sub-franchise units and $1 million in sales by fall 2008.
