The only one who is making $$ is the Franchisor -- a group who are deceptive and misrepresent the true failures of its network. Soupman is a broken biz model...has always been and the Franchisor continues to sell territories and open locations even though they know they have given false information to the public so that they buy into the concept. More than 1/3 of locations closed their doors after losing hundreds of thousands of $$ in less than a year. The only person benefitting is the Guy in corporate who employs his friends and family and they all receive paychecks....operators will never break even....it is a losing proprosition; with or without Cold Stone!
