Fatburger Buys Pittsburgh Franchises

Fatburger Corp. has purchased the restaurant chain’s two Pittsburgh-area franchises and will operate them as company-owned locations.

The Fatburger locations are in Robinson Township and Cranberry. Fatburger, a unit of Portland-based Fog Cutter Capital Group Inc. bought the locations from franchisee John Turcic of J&R Enterprises LLC and JGT Enterprises Inc.

No financial terms were disclosed.
