Troubled vending technology company VTL said yesterday that its US-based director, John Hotchin, had resigned to pursue other US business interests.
Hotchin was a founder of VTL and founding chairman of its finance company, Nathans Finance, but left Nathans to drive VTL’s growth in North America.
VTL’s shares have been suspended from trading on the NZX. In August the company said it was insolvent due to the collapse of Nathans Finance.
