Taco Del Mar said it has named a pair of Subway restaurant owners to handle the chain’s expansion efforts in the southern Indiana area.
Jeff Troxel and Stella Estep of Rolling in the Midwest LLC said their “near-term” plans include opening locations of the Seattle-based restaurant chain in Indiana cities, including Columbus, Evansville, Lafayette and Western Indianapolis. Other plans include opening locations in northern Kentucky and southern Ohio.
