Flourishing fast food restaurant chain Noodle Box has continued its push into Queensland following the lease last week of a prominent Mermaid Beach premise.
A consortium of Noodle Box investors has signed an eight year lease with options for a 72sqm space at 2375 Gold Coast Highway, for a rate of about $720/sqm net per annum. The lease was negotiated by Colliers International retail leasing executive Finlay C Walker.
The new outlet, which opened to the public last week, is being operated under a management agreement with Johburn Resources, lead by local resident Peter Driscoll. Johburn Resources now oversees 11 Noodle Box outlets in south east Queensland.
Noodle Box currently boasts 55 outlets along Australia’s east coast with seven of those on the Gold Coast.
