Total community healthcare services have arrived in Dubai with the official opening of the Medicine Shoppe Arabia flagship store at the Dubai Healthcare City.

Spanning a total of 5,700 square feet, in the Al Razi building, this first store was officially inaugurated by HE. Humaid Al Qutami, Minister of Health, United Arab Emirates, in the presence of other health officials and dignitaries, and Dr. Mehdi Al Hassani, Managing Director of Al Zahrawi Group, which holds the master franchise rights to Medicine Shoppe pharmacies in the GCC.

Commenting on the occasion, HE Humaid Al Qutami said: “Medicine Shoppe pharmacy’s arrival in Dubai is a timely one. It is aligned with the long term vision of HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai for the UAE to become a regional health and medical hub. And given the region’s increasingly sophisticated consumers, we are confident that its unique concept of offering counseling and personalised care will be positively embraced by residents throughout the Middle East.
