Dunkin’ Donuts a US based coffee shop chain has become a client of Fish Consulting to strengthen its franchising division. Fish Consulting, a US national communications consulting firm, will create and implement an integrated public relations and marketing program to drive Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee recruitment in its developing markets. Dunkin’ Donuts is aiming to increase its franchises in the US to 15,000 by 2020.
