A restaurant franchisee plans to open his first of 14 Orlando and Tampa area bd’s Mongolian Grill locations.
Tarpon Springs-based Mongrill LLC is slated to open the doors Wednesday to its first Central Florida bd’s Mongolian Grill restaurant at State Road 434 and West Town Parkway in Altamonte Springs. The restaurant features an ‘interactive’ stir-fry where diners create their meal by choosing from fresh meats, seafood, vegetables, sauces and seasonings. Each creation is then grilled on a 6-foot diameter, 600-degree flat grill.
This is the third Florida location for the bd’s chain.
