Louisville real estate agency ABG Properties LLC has converted to an independently owned and operated franchise of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Inc.
The business, now called Weichert Realtors – ABG Properties, is located at 2916 Frankfort Ave. and has 25 agents. It is the first franchise in Kentucky for Morris Plains, N.J.-based Weichert Real Estate, according to a news release.
The company launched its first franchise in 2002 and now offices in 330 markets in 35 states.
