BSNL’s Calcutta Telephones has come out with a more flexible customer service center program which enables customers to pay their bills, get landline or mobile connections, subscribe to broadband service or even file a complaint right at their doorstep.
Calcutta Telephones and Hilltake Electronics Pvt Ltd have jointly invested more than Rs. 14 Lakh towards building the mobile customer service centre.
Under this program, Customer service personnel of BSNL’s Calcutta Telephones will reach the customers in mobile vans. Currently there are 555 BSNL exchanges and 80 regular customer service centers in the Calcutta Telephones area…
