Analyst: Wendy’s Turnaround Stalling

A Lehman Brothers analyst has said Wendy’s International Inc. is struggling to turn its business around, despite a consumer environment that should help quick-serve restaurants attract more customers.

Analyst Jeffrey Bernstein said in a note to investors that the chain has not been able to “build momentum” and that investors are becoming frustrated by a lack of detail on the company’s review of strategic alternatives.
