Clockwork Home Services® Appoints Peter Grabowski To Chief Financial Officer

Clockwork Home Services, Inc., a leading provider of home services, today announced its appointment of Peter C. Grabowski to the position of chief financial officer, effective Dec. 3, 2007. In this capacity, Mr. Grabowski will oversee Clockwork’s financial operations and will be based in Clockwork’s Sarasota, FL, headquarters.

Mr. Grabowski is succeeding Clockwork’s interim chief financial officer, Robert J. Clanin, who will remain an independent director of the company’s Board of Directors.
