Ruby Tuesday Signs Franchise Agreement To Develop Restaurants In The Philippines

Ruby Tuesday Inc. said Friday it has signed a franchise agreement with Entrepreneurial Recipes Inc. for the development of three Ruby Tuesday restaurants in the Manila metropolitan area of the Philippines.

Financial terms of the agreement weren’t disclosed.

Shares of the Maryville, Tenn.-based restaurant chain were down 29 cents, or about 4.7%, at $5.92.
