Entrepreneur Is The New Recruit For Franchise Venture

A serial entrepreneur from Loughborough has begun 2008 by launching his latest venture – a recruitment franchise for Esprit People.

Steve Rynton has run both a business consultancy and a multi million pound engineering firm in a career spanning almost 40 years.

While he could not see himself working for somebody else, when he learned of recruitment consultancy Esprit People, he knew he wanted to get involved in the business somehow.

Steve said: ‘I was looking for a venture which I could get up and running quickly and somebody suggested I look at franchising. But despite looking at lots of opportunities, nothing caught my imagination – until I came across Esprit People.’

Esprit is a recruitment agency which specialises in sourcing temporary and permanent staff for companies in the engineering, industrial, driving and commercial sectors.
