Harcourts To Manage Blue Chip Properties

Property firm Blue Chip has contracted Harcourts to manage the company’s residential property portfolio through the Auckland region.

That covers ‘the lion’s share’ of the company’s portfolio, chief executive of Blue Chip’s master franchisee in New Zealand (Diem Limited), Neil Bell, says.

Harcourts has been subcontracted by Bribanc Property Group, a subsidiary of Blue Chip’s master franchisee in New Zealand, to fulfill the property management role.
