Sports Clips Opens San Diego Shop

Georgetown-based Sports Clips Inc., a fast-growing hair salon franchise, has grown to 500 stores.

Sport Clips, which targets male clients with its sports-themed setting, reached the milestone with a new store in San Diego, Calif.

Sports Clips was ranked the 74th largest franchise in America and the 39th fastest-growing franchise in the January 2008 issues of Entrepreneur magazine.
