Old Chicago Pasta & Pizza will open this summer in the spot Don Pablo’s vacated on Pavilion Way at Hamburg last month, said Paul Friedberg, president of OCI Enterprises, the franchisee that will operate the restaurant.
Friedberg said the restaurant will employ about 120 people.
In addition to pizza and pasta, Old Chicago offers salads, sandwiches and burgers and is known for its 110 beers from around the world. OCI Enterprises operates three other Old Chicago locations, including one in Louisville.
