ADELAIDE-based noodlebar company Wokinabox is one of the nation’s fastest growing franchises.
The chain of 34 stores turned over $15 million in 2006-07, up 47 per cent from the previous year.
It ranked fifth in Business Review Weekly’s fastest-growing franchises by outlet list, achieving 110 per cent annual growth in store numbers in the past three years.
Wokinabox managing director Adrian Morrissy said the company aimed to have 100 stores in Australia and New Zealand by the end of 2010.
“I think we do good, healthy takeaway food at a reasonable price, so the trend toward (eating) healthier food definitely helps us,” he said.
