The chain has 16 restaurants and expects to have 26 by the end of 2008. Freddy’s reported record sales and profits in 2007, as sales chainwide grew 57%, officials said.
Sales at stores open more than 15 months, a key statistic in the restaurant business, grew 16% last year. Revenue and fees from franchisees increased 81% in 2007 over the prior fiscal year.
