Panera Bread Co. announced Thursday an agreement that calls for franchisee Covelli Enterprises dba Flapan LLC to open 10 new bakery-cafes in Florida in Palm Beach and Broward counties.
In a separate agreement, Flapan acquired 16 existing Panera Bread locations in Florida in Palm Beach and Broward counties from franchisee West Palm Bread LLC.
