Daphne’s Greek Cafe, the nation’s largest and fastest growing Greek fast-casual restaurant chain, today announced that the company will begin to qualify interested parties for Premium Franchise opportunities in 17 states across the nation through the launch of Daphne’s International, the franchising arm of the company.
