O’Charley’s Restaurant

Covelli Enterprises will open its O’Charley’s restaurant at 930 Windham Court at 11 a.m. Thursday. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Warren-based based Covelli previously opened O’Charley’s restaurants in Niles and Erie, Pa.

‘With the overwhelming success of our location in Niles, it was an easy choice to open another O’Charley’s in the Valley,’ said Sam Covelli, company owner. He also is a Panera Bread franchisee.
