DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen has announced a new partnership with GuildQuality Inc., a national company that specializes in conducting customer satisfaction surveys for builders and remodelers.

To create a comprehensive analysis, Atlanta-based GuildQuality can track data collected from DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen clients at various times throughout the remodeling process. The customers’ feedback will be used to further enhance the DreamMaker experience.
‘We value our franchisees’ relationships with every client,’ said Doug Dwyer, president of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, ’so it is important to ensure that each customer’s experience is a positive one. Using GuildQuality surveys will enable us at a corporate level to make sure the customers are completely satisfied with the DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen brand,’ Dwyer added. ‘At a local level, the surveys will provide a forum for our franchise owners to receive feedback on their work.’
