Jillian Sanchez, director of operations for Lady of America, uses her coaching and motivational skills to steer franchise owners and managers toward success.
Fitness has been a part of Sanchez’s daily life - growing up she wanted to play professional sports and in school took jobs that kept her close to the industry. She sold shoes in a sporting goods store. Later, she worked as a trainer and gym manager. Sanchez developed her entrepreneurial skills by keeping an eye on the well-being of clients - as well as on the business.
