Franchising Seminars And Trade Show Set For Friday-Sunday

Business owners who are considering growing by franchising or anyone who is thinking about buying a franchise, mark your calendar.

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, a series of educational seminars and a trade show on franchising and financing a franchise will be offered at the Greater Richmond Convention Center.

Sponsors of the event are the Small Business Administration and a several other private and government agencies with expertise in franchising and assisting businesses.

The event kicks off Friday evening with a seminar sponsored by Hirschler Fleischer and moderated by one of the firm’s attorneys. There is a $50 charge for the Friday event, which focuses on “How to Franchise Your Existing Business.”

Otherwise, the total admission fee for what is billed as the Central Virginia Franchise and Financing Expo, including all exhibits and seminars this weekend, is $10. Registration information and an online registration form can be found at www.cvfexpo.com.
