Panchero’s Mexican Grill announced the newest addition to its corporate team with the hire of director of franchise sales, Greg Poling.
Poling joins the Panchero’s team after a decade-long career with Embers America LLC and Joey’s Only Franchising USA, the parent company of Joey’s Seafood & Grill.
With positions ranging from director of franchise development to senior vice president of market development, Poling oversaw the development process for site selection, design and construction of new restaurants, managed daily relationships with franchise owners in over 600 locations across the country and was responsible for a 36 percent increase in operating units to exceed goal expectations.
