Al Islami Foods, the leading provider of halal food products, launched Al Farooj Fresh, the first fast-casual restaurant chain in UAE, in collaboration with Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Young Business Leaders at a press conference at Gulfood Exhibition, held on February 25th at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Based on overwhelming success of ‘Al Islami Cart’ franchise concept last year, Al Islami has come up with Al Farooj Fresh, a fast-casual restaurant, another innovative franchise model for the young entrepreneurs in the UAE.
