Franchisee Satisfaction Ranks HomeVestors Among The Franchise 50

HomeVestors® of America, Inc., the company famous for its ‘We Buy Ugly Houses’® billboards, has been ranked among the prestigious Franchise 50 – 2008 Franchisee Satisfaction Awards™ by Franchise Business Review, a market research firm.

This is the third year in a row HomeVestors has received this honor that is awarded to franchisors with the highest level of franchisee satisfaction. More than 325 companies registered for this year’s Franchise 50, making this one of the largest surveys of its kind ever completed.

‘The Franchise 50 has quickly become the most exclusive award in franchising,” said Eric Stites, founder and president of Franchise Business Review. ‘Without a doubt, HomeVestors is putting their franchisees first and their franchise opportunity ranks among the best of the best in franchising today.’

HomeVestors ranked 27 on the Top 50 Franchises Large Class list, which includes systems of 200 units or more. This ranking is an increase of 8 places from the previous year.

At the time of the survey, 145 HomeVestors franchisees representing 63% of the entire HomeVestors network participated in evaluating their franchisor.

HomeVestors received ‘excellent’ in the category of Encouraging Honesty and Integrity. The company scored ‘very good’ in the following categories:

* Initial Training
* Competition
* Franchisee Support
* Responsive
* Communications
* Respect
* Long-Term Growth

While, anonymously, franchisees had the following praise for HomeVestors of America:

* ‘HomeVestors definitely has a unique product and is far more professional and streamed lined than anyone else in the as-is real estate business.’
* ‘HomeVestors of America, Inc. maintains a very high level of integrity with their franchisees. They do what the say they’ll do, and more.’
