BP’s U.S. Convenience Retail unit is selling 146 retail sites throughout the Columbus, Cleveland and Pittsburgh metropolitan areas through NRC Realty Advisors LLC, the real estate firm stated.

The move is continuing with the company’s plan, announced in November 2007, to divest its retail assets and maintain one franchised brand — ampm — for its retail operations.

Of the 146 sites, 121 are available for franchise with one as a debranded gasoline site. The sites will be re-imaged or developed as ampm franchise stores with BP-branded gasoline.
