SafetyQuip, Australia’s only franchised full scope OH&S provider is planning to add a further 6 franchisees to its national network of thirteen in the next 12 months to meet rapidly growing demand for safety supplies and services in the small to medium enterprise sector.
Franchisor and Managing Director, Gary Shearer, says the predicted growth will equate to almost a 50% increase in the total number of franchises in SafetyQuip’s 16 year old national franchise network.
‘The company experienced a far stronger period of growth that we expected during the initial expansion phase, which were extremely pleased about, both from a business standpoint and from a safety standpoint,’ says Shearer.
‘Because we cater primarily for small to medium businesses, the growth of the SafetyQuip franchise network means more and more Aussie SMEs are really starting to take the issues of workplace health and safety seriously.’
