Tropical Smoothie Cafe will open a new restaurant in Midtown this summer.
Chris Koches, Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s area franchisee, says he has signed a lease with The Gary Myers Co. for 2105 Union.
The location was previously occupied by Quizno’s.
Koches says he hopes to open the restaurant within the next 90-100 days.
