Caremark Announces Its Franchisee Of The Year

Domiciliary care franchise Caremark has declared Kingston franchisee Carl Ward its Franchisee of the Year. The award was presented at Caremark’s first annual conference and award ceremony held at Gatwick’s Sofitel Hotel.

Carl says: ‘I was surprised and honoured to receive the Caremark Franchisee of the Year Award and believe it is testimony to both the franchise standards and the excellent team I have created in my Kingston office. The combination of steady growth, sound business practices and careful selection and nurture of staff has paid dividends for both 2007 and the foreseeable future.’

The conference gave Caremark franchisees from around the country the opportunity to share their experiences with other franchisees in the network. ‘The entire day generated terrific enthusiasm and confidence for all of our franchisees,’ Managing Director Kevin Lewis explains. ‘We set out to ensure that everyone came away from the day having gained more knowledge and we are wholly sure that this was achieved. Our franchisees as a whole are trading at 50% ahead of our projected target and the day gave us a real sense of achievement. I look forward to this time next year when we will have the opportunity to celebrate with an even larger network.’
