Dunkin’ Donuts is looking for franchisees to open more than 100 new stores in the Lansing, Flint and Detroit regions, the Canton, Mass.-based donut and coffee chain said today.
The company, a subsidiary of Dunkin’ Brands Inc., said it plans to open those stores within ’several years.’
Franchisees are required to open at least 5 stores in a market.
Dunkin’ Donuts‘ Lansing market territory includes Lansing the counties of Clinton, Eaton, Hillsdale, Ingham and Jackson. The chain now has 3 stores in that territory, in Okemos, Perry and Jackson.
Restaurant franchisees are required to have $750,000 in available cash and a net worth of at least $1.5 million, according to its franchising Web site, www.dunkinfranchising.com.
