JuiceBlendz, a national franchise featuring the perfect all-natural blend of taste and health, is in the midst of a statewide expansion plan to triple its size to more than 30 locations in Florida by 2009.
Fueling this growth is today’s announcement that Miami-Dade County is open for market development with locations already under pre-lease in downtown Miami’s Mary Brickell Village and Kendall’s Carter Square.
Currently, JuiceBlendz has 11 locations open in South Florida, with future openings already planned for Orlando and Tampa, among others.
‘As the JuiceBlendz brand develops and strengthens, we’ve started pre-leasing locations like Mary Brickell and Carter Square to ensure our future franchisees will be quickly blending in these areas,’ said Adam Ogden, founder and CEO of JuiceBlendz. ‘This innovative real estate approach allows a new JuiceBlendz franchisee to open within 6-to-8 weeks and eliminates the headaches typically associated with finding the right location.’
