EVOS Franchisee Begins Trading Tampa Bay

Healthy Fast Food Inc. completed an initial public offering and began trading on the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board.

Healthy Fast Food, based in Henderson, Nev., is a franchisee of Tampa-based EVOS USA Inc., which operates three company-owned restaurants in Tampa and in St. Petersburg.

Healthy Fast Food said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it expects to raise $4.1 million in net proceeds from the offering, and plans to use most of the money to open 6 restaurants in the Las Vegas area in the next 12 to 18 months. The company currently owns one restaurant in Henderson and has plans for a second one in Las Vegas in the next 6 to 9 months.

The company also has the exclusive right to develop EVOS restaurants and solicit prospective franchise owners in a 12-state territory.
