Starbucks Moves Aim To Revive Brand, Shares

Starbucks Corp. will add new coffee machines, a customer loyalty card and a new blend of brewed coffee in an effort to revive its coffee empire, the company announced at its annual shareholder meeting here.

The world’s largest coffee chain has agreed to buy the maker of a high-end coffee brewing machine and will add new espresso machines that will allow its baristas to interact more easily with customers.
