
Freedom Travel-Gateway franchisee Paul Moss has opened his second travel agency after only 3 years with the network. Paul’s relationship with the franchise started in 2004 when he set up his own travel agency. In order to minimise the risks of starting up on his own, Paul chose to become a Freedom franchisee.
Paul says: ‘I had not run my own business before, so I was taking a step into the unknown. I knew I had to be a member of a large group from day one as I needed help and advice and Freedom provided it.’
Freedom’s franchise package appealed to Paul. ‘The membership included everything I needed to start the business, from ABTA cover for clients, enhanced commission deals, staff incentives to technology,’ he says. ‘The Freedom team was enthusiastic and helpful. When I decided I wanted to set up a small tour operation to Cyprus I did not know where to start and Freedom went out of their way to help me.’
