A cluster of Dairy Queen franchises throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa have changed ownership.

Albert Lea-based Kraus Foods Midwest, which owned 33 Dairy Queen restaurants, sold them to Fourteen Foods, a company run by the Frauenshuh family, for an undisclosed amount, the Pioneer Press reported. The purchase makes Fourteen Foods the biggest DQ franchise owner in the Midwest, with 50 DQ restaurants.
