TeamLogic IT Receives Franchisee Satisfaction Award

TeamLogic IT, a nationwide network of computer consultation, managed services and repair businesses, has received a Franchise 50 Award from Franchise Business Review. This is the second year in a row they have received the award. TeamLogic IT ranked number 4 in the Under 50 Class, which represents franchise systems with fewer than 50 units. TeamLogic IT also received a 2008 Franchisee Satisfaction Award in the Technology industry category.

The Franchisee Satisfaction Award is based on the results of surveys that Franchise Business Review sends out to more than 45,000 franchisees representing 325 franchise companies. Franchisees were asked to evaluate their franchise networks in 5 areas: Training and Support, Franchise System, Franchisor/Franchisee Relations, Financial Opportunity and Overall Satisfaction.
