Dunkin’ Donuts has signed a multi-unit store development agreement with InterOcean CoffeeCompany for the development of 122 restaurants: 50 in Milwaukee and 72 in Phoenix.
According to the quick service restaurant chain, InterOcean Coffee plans to open 7 restaurants in Milwaukee and 18 in Phoenix by the end of 2009. The balance of the restaurants will open over the next several years.
Hank Huth, managing member of Melrose Asset Management, said: ‘We are very excited to have this development opportunity in 2 great cities and to be part of the growth of the Dunkin’ Donuts brand across the country.’
