V2K International, Inc.announced today that 25% of the franchise locations opened this calendar year by its wholly owned subsidiary, V2K Window Fashions, have been in Canada.
V2K currently has franchises operating in Alberta, British Columbia and Nova Scotia, and is launching a new location in Medicine Hat, Alberta later this month.
The Company attributes its recent success in Canada to a new affiliation with MatchPoint Network, a leading Canadian / U.S. franchise consultant group, and a successful Canadian Google ad campaign.
“We’ve seen a major increase in inquiries from Canadian franchise candidates in the last few months,” said Roy Billesbach, V2K’s Director of Franchise Development, “and this has quite obviously translated into sales. Since we’ve really only just begun to tap into this market, we expect the trend to continue.”
