TossAcross, the Springfield, Missouri based fresh cut salad franchise announced that it has signed a Master Franchise agreement with Independent Franchising, LLC of San Antonio, Texas to open multiple TossAcross restaurants in the San Antonio area. Several retail locations are currently being evaluated with the first restaurants to open in mid summer 2008.
‘TossAcross expanding into Texas is extremely important to the goals of our company, and to the future growth needed to capture marketplace in the exploding fresh cut salad segment of the fast food industry,’ said a representative of TossAcross. ‘We are excited about moving into the South Texas, and look forward to expanding throughout the great State of Texas in the near future.’
