Good Earth Coffeehouse and Bakery, a Calgary based chain is pleased to announce that customers can now get a taste of one of the world’s rarest coffees.
Beginning April 11, a very small and limited quantity of 100% Organic Telmo Cahuana Bolivian Cup of Excellence® award winning coffee is available for sale in ½ lb. bags of whole beans and by the single cup brewed on order with a French Press. The organic coffee is available at all Good Earth cafes.
The organic process involves wet milling, followed by de-pulping and fermenting the coffee for 15 hours and washing with clean water from mountain springs. The coffee is then sun-dried on drying patios and tables. Environmental Care Production is done without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilizers.
