Stratus Building Solutions, the St. Louis-based franchisor of retail-commercial-industrial building cleaning service franchises nationwide, is launching a new division called Stratus Affiliated Services, LLC to provide landscaping, energy audits, recycling, pest control, hard-surface cleaning, and other services to expand and complement the company’s successful service franchise programs.
