Strip Mall May Get Tenants

The year-old strip mall on North Summit Street may soon get a few new tenants, the project developer said Thursday.

They include a franchisee for a national submarine sandwich shop chain and an apparel retailer, said Nick Esterline, a Wichita project developer of the Ark City strip mall.

It is called Summit Place Retail Center and is located at 2401 N. Summit.

“Quiznos Corporate has approved the site and is actively searching for a franchisee,” Esterline said.
