It’s clear that free and fair trade is healthy for small and franchised businesses operating in the United States, and “the trade surplus that the service sector provides should be proof enough about the value of strong trade agreement,” writes International Franchise Association Pres. and CEO Matthew Shay in an opinion article being shared with the news media on the Colombia Free Trade Agreement.
