Franchising Specialist And Financial Whiz, Darren Reddy Has Joined ActionCOACH

Bruce Doyle, ActionCOACH Master Licensee, has named Darren Reddy as the newest ActionCOACH in Melbourne, Australia.

Reddy will be operating from his Ormond Office in Melbourne.

Prior to joining ActionCOACH, Reddy was an accountant at BHP and worked his way up to being financial controller for a $65 million portion of the business. He was in charge of finance, warehousing and logistics with many of the staff members reporting to him.

After 10 years in the corporate world, Reddy was prepared to start afresh.

‘I now wanted to learn about the small-to-medium-sized business sector,’ he said. With this aim, Reddy joined Franchise Developments as a consultant and worked his way up to General Manager with a team of consultants working for him.

‘It is the ultimate compliment to a business that a franchisee is willing to put his house on line in order to be a part of the franchisor’s business,’ he said. ‘They will do so only if the Franchisor has good systems, good marketing, good track record and contended employees or existing franchisees.’
