Domino’s Pizza Inc. said Tuesday it named Wendy A. Beck as chief financial officer, ending a national search which has been underway since the fall of 2007.
Bill Kapp has been serving as interim CFO since David Mounts became executive vice president of distribution and procurement in September.
Beck, 43, was most recently chief financial officer, senior vice president and treasurer of regional burger chain Whataburger Restaurants based in Corpus Christi, Texas. Before that, she was treasurer of Checkers Drive-In Restaurants.
Shares rose 30 cents, or 2.4%, to $12.99 in morning trading.
